BAR STAFF/FLOOR SUPERVISOr
{Part-time position}
Location: Beckenham
Position: Part-time (~20 hours per week)

Position Overview: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bar Staff/Floor Supervisors. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about craft beer, enjoy delivering exceptional customer service, and have the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Customer Experience:
Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to all patrons.
Ensure that all guests have a positive and memorable experience at BR3WERY.
Assist patrons with menu selection, beer recommendations, and inquiries.
Team leadership:
Lead by example and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional service.
Assist in training new team members on BR3WERY's standards and procedures.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively during shifts.
Operational Support:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or issues to management.
Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciling transactions.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all beverages are prepared and served according to BR3WERY's quality standards.
Monitor the condition of draft lines, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.
Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service guidelines.
Assist in maintaining compliance with licensing requirements and regulations.
Proactively identify and address any safety hazards or concerns.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of craft beer and brewing processes is an advantage.
Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
